The application of HUABAO VSR equipment in the welded structure of Three Gorges Project.

In Fantzu River Three Gorges Project, people used HUABAO VSR(vibratory stress relief) equipments to handle all the large –scale welded units. First,They used other two factories equipments to process one heavy duty crane of 1200 tons, the performance and quality of the equipments are not good,especially the result didn’t achieve the technical requirements. Then they finally used HUABAO VSR(vibratory stress relief). All the results met the technical requirements after it was  processed,and all the results were good on relieving residual stress of the heavy duty crane through 120 points.
